WARM UP



·Movements:

Race movment your arms.
Move your arms at the same time that you run.
Rotate knees inwards.
Rotate your knees inward when you run.

Relay race.
You run and choc your hand with the other teammates.


·Join movements:

Rotate your neck.

Rotate your ankle.

Rotate your shoulders.


·Streching:


Stretch your calf muscle.







Stretch your underarm.

Stretch your back.















·Game:

The game consists in all parts of your body and run at the same time.
