WARM-UP



·Movements:

Skipping back and skipping before. 
You should lift you knees to skipping before and your heels to skipping back.

Race side. 
You run sideways.

Strides. 
You run in very long steps.





·Join Movements:

Knee flexion.
You rotate and flexion your knees.

Wrist rotation.
You should rotate your hands.

Hip rotation. 
You make a circles with you body and move your hip.




·Stretching:

Stretch your legs.
You put your fet stiff and the gluteus out.

Stretch your arms.
Put your arms up and grab the other arm.

Stretch your neck.
Rotate and put your neck in diferent positions.








·Game:

Chatchin all balls.
 The game consists in play with a lot of ball and pass this ball more times than is possibly and run at the same time around all space.
