Last week of trainning:
This week I go run three days.
Monday 7:
I go run during 45 minutes alternate 5 minutes running and 3 walking.
Tuesday 8:
I run in the high school in physical education during 10 minutes.
I go run in the afternoon around Zarcilla 20 minutes. I run 10 minutes and the other 10 minutes I run 5 minutes and 3 walking faster.
Friday 11:
I run in the class of physical education and in the afternoon I ride a bike 50 minutes with my brother. We make 5,5 km.
At finished all trainings I was very tired and veru happy for my effort.
