ATHLETICS

This tuesday fist and second of ESO went to Lorca to do Athletics tests.

In class the weeks before we practice the diferents tests that we have to do.

In Lorca each student did a test such as: shot put, long jump, endurance, speed, relay.

I did long jump and endurance, I felt very nervous at first but later I enjoy a lot. In endurance I was with my friends and the race was very funny but very exhausting as well.

·If I want to do a planch, I have to improve my endurance and my strength.



·If I want to do lunges I have to improve my strength.


·If I want to do jumping jacks, I have to improve my endurance.


·If I want to do skipping, I have to improve my endurance.



·If I want to do a hamstring strech, I have to improve my flexibility.



·If I want to do a quad strech, I have to improve my flexibility.



·If I want to do a bridges I have to improve my  strength.

Orientation
·What is the orientation? 
The orientation is orientation of something with respect to the cardinal points. 

·Necesary elements to do the orientation:
Compass and map

·How is the map oriented?
Locate the map points.
Now where are the North and th South.
Know where do you want to go.

·Activities in class.
In class we practise the orientation around the high school with our classmate.
Each student leave the exit when the time passed.
The last day of class before christmas all students of high school do a race of orientation, it was very funny. 

·Memory: 
This week all high school went to Lorca to do the orientation activity. I felt very happy and nervous. I make the race very well with my friend Ainhoa. We ran a lot but in some occasions we walk. This experience was very funny because I knew new people. 
I enjoyed a lot. I will like repeat this experience although I finished tired. 

·My reflexion:
I think that the orientation is a sport very interesting because try to do the best possible. Is very funny too alhough I have run a lot.

WARM UP



·Movements:

Race movment your arms.
Move your arms at the same time that you run.
Rotate knees inwards.
Rotate your knees inward when you run.

Relay race.
You run and choc your hand with the other teammates.


·Join movements:

Rotate your neck.

Rotate your ankle.

Rotate your shoulders.


·Streching:


Stretch your calf muscle.







Stretch your underarm.

Stretch your back.















·Game:

The game consists in all parts of your body and run at the same time.

WARM-UP



·Movements:

Skipping back and skipping before. 
You should lift you knees to skipping before and your heels to skipping back.

Race side. 
You run sideways.

Strides. 
You run in very long steps.





·Join Movements:

Knee flexion.
You rotate and flexion your knees.

Wrist rotation.
You should rotate your hands.

Hip rotation. 
You make a circles with you body and move your hip.




·Stretching:

Stretch your legs.
You put your fet stiff and the gluteus out.

Stretch your arms.
Put your arms up and grab the other arm.

Stretch your neck.
Rotate and put your neck in diferent positions.








·Game:

Chatchin all balls.
 The game consists in play with a lot of ball and pass this ball more times than is possibly and run at the same time around all space.

CROSS ESCOLAR MEMORY:

At first I am very nervous.
When my category was to start running, the girls of my group start to training a bit.
When remaind 5 minutes we were going to start and when I began to running I run very fast with my friends and we ended to tired.
But I was very happy because I reached the end of the race.
At the end I felt energetic.
This day was very funny!

Last week of trainning:

This week I go run three days.

Monday 7:
I go run during 45 minutes alternate 5 minutes running and 3 walking.

Tuesday 8:
I run in the high school in physical education during 10 minutes.
I go run in the afternoon around Zarcilla 20 minutes. I run 10 minutes and the other 10 minutes I run 5 minutes and 3 walking faster.

Friday 11:
I run in the class of physical education and in the afternoon I ride a bike 50 minutes with my brother. We make 5,5 km.

At finished all trainings I was very tired and veru happy for my effort.
